April 30, 2000 - Leonardo DiCaprio is featured prominently in today's Pagesix, where he and Gisele were apparently seen in full lip lock on the dance floor at Saci Thursday. They also report he danced with former flame Carmen Electra, though he distanced himself from his ex-friend Blaine who was at the club.

April 28, 2000 - Leo was in attendance for Wednesday's Knicks game against the Raptors, according to The New York Daily News.

April 27, 2000 - More news on Leo from Richard Johnson, this time in Pagesix, where he claims a group of models at the Spa club didn't even recognize him because he's gained so much weight. And after seeing his Earth day special, we'd have to agree, he seems to be following John Travolta down the buffet line.

April 24, 2000 - eYada.com's Richard Johnson reports today that Leo's latest supermodel flame may be Gisele Bundchen, to which we say awesome job Leo (watch for a Gisele abstracts.net page in the near future!)

April 24, 2000 - Leonardo's appearance and speech for Earth Day was generally well received but did not come without protestors for activists who claim damage to Thailand beaches during filming of The Beach.

April 22, 2000 - Well Leo got three questions in with President Clinton on the ABC special tonight. They include Why do you think this issue is so constantly overlooked?" then "Why do you think people don't take it seriously? For you, is it as important as something like health care or education?" Finally he asked "Do you think we can eventually become a role model?"

April 16, 2000 - SNL joked about Leonardo interviewing the president, where they said Clinton initially didn't think it was a good idea, but because "she" was cute, he'd go for it.

April 16, 2000 - eBay has some a magazine with a great poster of Leo up for auction. The magazine promo poster (item 304157287) has a bid of $4.99 and ends April 18.

April 12, 2000 - Leonardo is clarifying that he isn't blaming his personal managers Mike Ovitz and Rick Yorn, for getting him involved with alleged swindler Dana Giacchetto. And they also report from Leo's PR rep, Ken Sunshine, regarding the LeoGate ABC turmoil, where Ken says "Do [the news staff at ABC] think Leo is trying out for Sam Donaldson's job, for heaven's sake?"

April 10, 2000 - Leonardo DiCaprio was on ET tonight where they showed him at a press conference for the Japanese debut of The Beach. He told reporters that ABC in fact contacted him to interview the President, which he said shocked him but he accepted because the attention it would bring to the issue.

April 6, 2000 - This week's National Enquirer features Leo smoking a joint (or someting that bares a striking resemblence) and giving a very 'relaxed and happy' look before playing some basketball.

April 6, 2000 - In his weekly crusade against Leo, E! Online's Ted Casablanca ripped Leonardo for his aggressive persuit of dancers at razy Girls, the strip
club off Sunset in L.A. where actress Daryl Hannah is studying for a new film called Dancing at the Blue Iguana.

April 6, 2000 - Apparently many of the veteran reporters at ABC News are none too pleased with an actor like Leo coming in and getting to interview someone that would be a career breaking interview for them. The discussion is so heated that ABC is considering pulling the Leo interview.

April 4, 2000 - Access Hollywood tonight reported that Leonardo DiCaprio won't be able to play the role of Anakin Skywalker in the next Star Wars film because of scheduling conflicts.

April 4, 2000 - Leo and Q-Tip attended a birthday party over the weekend for a friend of Mary J. Blije, the New York Daily News reports.

April 4, 2000 - Pagesix.com reports Leo was recently seen in disguising watching the Knick -  Laker game at the All-Star Cafe in New York.

April 4, 2000 - Pagesix.com reported yesterday that Chelsea Clinton missed an opportunity to meet her heartthrob Leonardo when he interviewed her dad last week.

April 1, 2000 - Leonardo DiCaprio interviewed the President yesterday for an Earth Day special that will appear April 22 on ABC. No word on whether the two shared advice on picking up women.
