'Unleashed' has special meaning to him. "I definitely feel I had more control
over this album," he said. "The reason being because I had the opportunity
to really just sit down in the studio and really put my creative thoughts

this album and I feel that this album right here I had a lot of input into

tells Launch.com that he tried to put together a different kind of album
with his just released effort 'Unleashed'. "Not only was I trying to capture
a sound, but I wanted this album to be a variety," Bow Wow said. "I wanted
to switch it up. I really wanted to do different things. I wanted to talk
about different things on my records as opposed to ice and girls and cars.
I really wanted to take this album real far. I wanted talk on bases that
I just have people have flipping 'like, 'Dang, I know Bow Wow didn't just
talk about what I just think he talked about.'" Read more.

of the New York Daily News caught up with Bow Wow who sees his latest effort
'Unleashed', drop today. "Some people didn't know it was Bow Wow when they
first heard it," the 16-year-old rapper admitted. "But it didn't change
my flow and that's what matters." Still, don't look for explicit language
on a disc that shows a matured Bow Wow. "If I start cursing, I think that
would hurt me," he said. "The media would blow it out of proportion. Jay-Z
hardly curses on his records, and he's about the best emcee now." Read

reports that based on one-day sales, The Neptunes look set to top the charts
with 'The Neptunes Present... Clones', which should clear between 200-230k.
Look for Bow Wow to clear about 150,000 units of his latest effort 'Unleashed',
while Juelz Santana, whose 'From Me to U' will likely reach 90k for the
week.

host to Boy Wow last month where the young rapper talked about why he cut
off his hair, his relationship with his mother, his new album 'Unleashed',
and how he looks up to Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs on the professional side and
is emulating him with his own clothing label. Bow Wow also talked about

featured Bow Wow as their artist of the day who talked about the maturation
of some of his songs on his latest album 'Unleashed'. "It's cool because
[my fans] don't want me to be stuck on the same little stuff that I was
talking about two or three years ago," he explained. "I think they're sick
of that. My fans have grown up with me, therefore I have to step it up
when it comes to the topics I talk about. I can't still be talking about
my Mickey Mouse -- that's old. I have to really touch on situations that

of USA Today profiled a few of the new television series starring musicians,
including Bow Wow, who plans to play a boarding school student from the
inner city in a sitcom being developed for the WB. "I'm really going to
be playing myself, only with no music," Bow Wow says. Read more.

(August 12), Launch.com spoke with Bow Wow who said that he has no beefs
with anyone on the Scream III tour, which he skipped this year, and that
he and B2K are presently taking about recording and touring together. "You
know me and B2K, we talking about doing something next year," Bow Wow said.
"Talking about doing an album together and then touring together, just
us two. So there's no telling what's going to happen." Read more.
