Lurie of the Chicago Tribune was on hand December 19th at the United Center
for the Big Jam IV, hosted by WGCI-FM 107.5 which featured a performance
by Bow Wow. Lurie says of the teen rapper, "Boyfriends and fathers, seemingly
the entire male part of the audience, shook its head in acknowledgement
that Bow Wow's growth into a deeper voice and adolescent physique doesn't
seem to have diminished his appeal. There may not be much of a distinctive
musical character at work, as he openly aped Jay-Z, but that also may not
matter: When he brought a female audience member onstage and serenaded
her, he had an arena full of women in the palm of his hand." Read more.

29, 2003 - Bow Wow has been busy both taking on film roles and touring
behind his latest CD, 'Unleashed,' which he described to Ramiro Burr of
the San Antonio Express-News as "the new, more mature me." The teen rapper
says, "'Unleashed' is one of the best albums I have ever put out. But in
2004 I have another album that will be better than all of them. It will

Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on ABC will feature Bow Wow and begins at
11:35 PM.
December 3, 2003 - Jamie
Foster Brown of Sister2Sister magazine spoke with Bow Wow and asked the
young rapper about his policy of not swearing on his records. "Everybody's
been asking me about the profanity thing now," he said. "There was one
song that we had where I was gonna say the 'a' word, but there are a lot
of sensitive people, so we didn't exactly know how some people would take
it. So we just cut the whole thing out." Read more.
