Ludacris will be the executive produce and star in the upcoming film comedy
'Skip Day', which will also feature his music in the film and on the soundtrack.
Original Film bought off on Luda's storyline of a 'House Party' meets 'Ferris
Bueller's Day Off' concept, who in turn got Paramount Pictures and MTV

25, 2002 - DefTV has several clips from BET's Spring Bling in Daytona.
Included are Ludacris performing 'Move Bitch' featuring Mystikal, 'Saturday
(Oooh Oooh!)', and 'Welcome to Atlanta' with Jermaine Dupri. If that ain't
enough, they have Ja Rule performing 'Ain't It Funny' minus Jennifer Lopez,
'Put it On Me', 'Down Ass Bitch', and 'Always on Time' with Ashanti. Check

May 21, 2002 - BET's Rap
City host Big Tigger is planning a three day charity event in Washington
DC to benefit several charities; American Diabetes Foundation, District
of Columbia's Foster Children's center and D.C. Mayor's Children's charities.
Amongst the celebrities listed to attend the June 28 - June 30 bash include
Shaquille O'Neal, Magic Johnson, Mary J. Blige, Frankie Muniz, *NSYNC,
Allen Iverson, Donald Faison, R. Kelly, Chris Webber, Willa Ford, Gabrielle
Union, Viveca A. Fox, Morris Chestnut and Tracy McGrady, Ludacris, Jessie

May 16, 2002 - Ludacris is
nominated in the Best Male Hip Hop category at this year's BET Awards.
The show will air June 25th at 9 p.m. ET on the network. Check out more

May 7, 2002 - Ludacris made
the Teen People magazine's 25 hottest stars under the age of 25 this year
but tells Launch.com he doesn't consider himself a sex symbol. Ludacris
admits, "I consider myself hot on the music side. As far as, you know,
considering myself as a sex symbol-- don't consider myself a sex symbol.
I just keep to the music. I just love what I do."
May 3, 2002 - E! Online's
Ted Casablanca reports Ludacris was spotted eating on a dripping Fatburger
in West Hollywood by himself recently. He was wearing long, brown suede
shorts and a matching sleeveless jacket, along with a Rolex. A woman nearly
reportedly told her pal that she wanted to "li-li-li-li-lick" Ludacris
from his "head to his toes."
April 27, 2002 - DefTV added
a clip of Ludacris from his live performance at Nations Nightclub on March
28 - a near 5 minute video clip with portions of several different tunes.

April 25, 2002 - Hiphopdx.com
reports Ludacris just landed the lead roll in Universal Picture's romantic
comedy 'Radio'. The film centers around a DJ at a Hip Hop radio station
that is caught up in a relationship with two women and is forced to chose
between them. Filming starts in June with Gary Hardwick ('The Brothers')
directing. According to his rep, Ludacris is scheduled to appear in a several
upcoming movies.
April 25, 2002 - Eminem,
Papa Roach and Xzibit will be joined by Ludacris and the X-ecutioners on
this summer's Anger Management Tour, according to a spokesperson for headliner
Eminem. While dates have not been finalized, Eminem's label, Interscope,
said the tour will begin on July 24.
April 2, 2002 - Not sure
when this originally went down (probably October 2001) but Getmusic.com
has a video chat ahead of Ludacris' release of 'Word of Mouf' and ahead
of the first single 'Roll Out.' Ludacris talked about filming the 'Roll
Out' video, what he's buying with his money, his comments on 9.11 (he calls
Bush a puppet), and more. Check out the 39 minute video clip here.
Ludacris had to do 26 minutes by cell phone because he was running late,
but the last 13 he's in the studio.
April 2, 2002 - Y-100 in
Miami spoke with Ludacris on how to talk your way out of a speeding ticket.
The rapper said, "If you get pulled over, tell the officer someone is following
you and you are speeding because you are trying to get away." If that don't
work, Ludacris says to tell the officer you have the runs. Read more.
