February 26, 2004 - Us Weekly
reports that Mandy Moore was spotted with her tennis star boyfriend Andy
Roddick buying tickets to 'Win a Date With Tad Hamilton!' at the Grove
in Beverly Hills.
February
23, 2004 - Mandy Moore checked in with fans on her official forum a few
minutes ago, where she confirmed reports she's split with her record label
Sony Music. Moore also lashed out at the phoney websites and posters who
use ASCII coded characters to post messages as if they were Mandy. Mandy
writes, "Guys, this messageboard is so unbelievably depressing now. I hate
that as soon as I post this mesage, I can expect there will be spammed
porn or someone else claiming to be me. I hate that there are other sites
out there with people claiming to 'be me' or to have 'talked to me'. Ughhh...
Thankfully, this site is about to undergo a much-needed makeover and most
of that will be gone. It is true that I've split with Sony and am in the
midst of signing a new deal (VERY EXCITING!!!). I'm also just bumming around
in the studio and preparing for 'Romance and Cigarettes' next month. And
I've also shot the covers of Teen Vogue and Marie Claire for 'Saved'. Beyond
that, nothing much, just enjoying life. Can't wait to get back on track
and get this board back in order! Thanks for all of your understanding
and I'll try to keep you updated. :)"
