June 28, 2004 - Mandy Moore
took part in an online chat on MSN promoting her new film 'Saved!' on June
9th and was asked if she found it surreal when she sees herself in a tabloid.
"It's surreal because most of what they write is untrue," Moore said. "When
it has to do with your personal life and it's untrue and you want to speak
out, it gives them satisfaction and it's something I've had to deal with
the last few months and I'm doing ok. You live and learn." Check out the

28, 2004 - Don't look for any cola endorsement contracts headed Mandy Moore's
way anytime soon. When the actress/singer was asked if she preferred Pepsi
or Coke on her official website on Thursday (June 24), Moore responded,
"Soda is disgusting. Vitamin water all the way!"
June 28, 2004 - Mandy Moore
may be the next pop singer turned Broadway performer. She was asked about
the Broadway show 'Wicked' the other day on her official website and responded,
"'Wicked' is beyond amazing! I've actually seen it twice and was offered
the chance to replace Kristin Chenoweth once she leaves the show. What
an honor... But how could anyone step into those shoes? She's pretty unbelievable
and irreplaceable and totally owns that role. Although I have to say that
I'm obsessed with Idina Menzel. To me, she is the ultimate singer/performer
and her voice blows you out of the water." Moore also recommended 'Assassins'.

of The Stranger reports that Mandy Moore "was seen getting her colloquial
groove on at various drinky local venues last weekish in the company of
other also notably probably not really 23-year-old film stars", even though
she recently told David Letterman "I'm the most boring 20-year-old you'll
ever meet." Ryan added that sources tell him Moore's ID provided at these
clubs indicated she was 23-years-old, not her actual age of 20. Read more.

producer Joel Silver ('The Matrix' trilogy) to play the role of Wonder
Woman in the upcoming live-action movie. This news coincides with Mandy's
recent post on her message board stating that she is currently preparing

Star magazine that Counting Crows' carrot-topped frontman Adam Duritz isn't
dating Mandy Moore, despite the two repeatedly being seen together in New
York City. The two are "friends" who were introduced by actress Mary-Louise
Parker and are currnetly writing songs for Mandy's next album, which will
be the first album that she is writing herself. Duritz recently posted
on his website: "I am not dating Mandy."

movie of the films she's performed in. "I'm probably most proud of 'Saved!',"
she said of her just-released flick. "I don't think I've been a part of
something quite so smart, subversive and humorous." As for what music she's
been listening to, Moore responded, "I'm currently listening to Butterfly

reports heartbroken pop princess Mandy Moore looked the image of despair
as she shopped alone in Los Angeles the other day. Mandy is recovering
from her split from longtime tennis beau Andy Roddick, who it was rumoured
she wanted to wed. It is uncertain as to the reason for the breakup, but
it has been reported that it has affected her deeply so what better way
to get over the blues than some good old shopping therapy. She is pictured
shopping for handbags at trendy L.A. store Barneys, waiting for her luxury
saloon to be valet'd and picking up some essentials at Bristol Farms supermarket.

is denying a report that she wants to make a movie about her White House
affair with Clinton, in which she hopes she'd be played by Mandy Moore.
Moore, in any case, isn't interested. "I am a pretty modest girl," she
tells The New York Daily News.
