February 28, 2005 - Mandy Moore spoke with Us Weekly on her participation in Ashley Borden's four-day, three night training program at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa in Dana Point, California. The singer/actress is led through six exercises through 90 minutes of daily cardio work and an equal amount of strength training, stretching and balance work. Moore is fed a diet of mainly protein veggies and snacks every three hours along with 4 liters of water a day. "I felt like a new person after working out, eating cleanly and drinking so much water," Moore said of the $2,841 camp, which also includes Nike gear and a take-home plan.

February 21, 2005 - Star magazine reports that Mandy Moore's romance with 'Scrubs' star Zach Braff is heating up after the couple were spotted "all over each other" at Colonial club in Los Angeles on February 3rd, according to a source. "Zach is very sensitive and caring," the source said. "He'd open the door for her, help her take her coat off. He even touched her smile once. If he's confident enough to actually make out with her in public, the relationship must be getting serious."

February 14, 2005 - Mandy Moore created her own clothing line and label, Mblem, so that she could have an unlimited supply of "functional, casual and sexy" t-shirts. "It all evolved from the fact that I'm totally the jeans and T-shirt girl. If I can get away with wearing jeans and a T-shirt somewhere, I'll do it," Moore told The Associated Press in a phone interview. "Getting dressed up is fun but I'm really just a lazy bum, and that's the extent of the wardrobe in my mind." Read more.
