September 29, 2006 - Mandy Moore was videotaped arrives at LAX, sporting a low profile on her trip back from New York. She chatted it up with her limo driver while waiting for luggage. At one point, she almost took someone else's bag from the baggage claim. Mandy was friendly, smiling and waving to the photographers.

September 15, 2006 - Mandy Moore checked in with fans on her official web site's forum after her Myspace account was hijacked by the mentally ill person who has been tormenting her online for several years using the phoney web site MandyMooreMu***.com. The singer posted the following message on Sunday (September 10): "Ok...so yes, it's clearly NOT ME posting on www.myspace.com/mandymoore. HOW frustrating!! I'm sitting here in Tokyo at 5am wishing I could do something but feeling so very far away and disconnected. Trying to get it all sorted out.... Bummed that the silly 'other page' (mandymooremu***.com?) is still out there and for whatever reason, intent on being disruptive and childish. Sorry guys!!! Xoxo, mm. September 3, 2006 - Zach Braff spoke with 'Extra' about reports he had fallen for Jessica Simpson while on the rebound from his ex, Mandy Moore. "It's totally made up," Braff admitted. "I met her a couple of times, she's a very sweet girl." As for why Zach suspects the rumors started, he said, "I think I saw her two months ago at a bar in the Hamptons. And that was it." The actor said the reports made his already difficult breakup from Mandy even more uncomfortable. "A relationship is hard, period. And doing it in the public eye is very new to me," Zach acknowledged. "I was a waiter five years ago, so when I was a waiter no one was writing lies about me in tabloids."
