reports Mariah Carey redecorated her room at the Beverly Hills Hotel during
a recent stay. Carey had pink lightbulbs put in the bathroom, a DVD player
for the master bedroom, and the spare bedroom was gutted to hold all of
her 25 pieces of luggage. Mariah was generous for the remodeling helpers,
tipping them $50 each.

herself from the Sony site and her audio updates are now at MariahCarey.com
instead of Sony's MCarey.com.

list saying of her, "Her X-rated baby doll disasters are laughably low-rent.
Who's her designer? Larry Flynt?"

That Glitters. An insider told the Sun, "Max and Mariah really hit it off,
they're a pair of naturals. To the untrained eye they could have been real
lovers the way they joked and flirted with each other."

Ted Casablanca was posed the question of whether Mariah was threatened
by Jennifer Lopez and responded, "Of course, she's threatened! Lopez is

York Daily News reports that after Luis Miguel left the ski town they were
vacationing in, she's been seen around town "wearing a black ski suit unzipped
to her navel to reveal a red bra." She also had nothing on underneath a
suede bomber jacket at a party Gucci threw in Aspen. In addition, Mariah
bought a $3,200 David LaChapelle portrait of the Tupac Shakur in a bubble
bath during her vacation.

Carey featuring Joe and 98 Degrees (Thank God I Found You) has been nominated
for Best Pop Collaboration With Vocals in the 43rd annual Grammy Awards
to be held at Los Angeles' Staples Center and broadcast live on CBS on

reports Mariah Carey shelled out $20,000 on a Brioni alligator jacket for
her boyfriend Luis Miguel, which she gave to him while the two vacationed
in Aspen.
