on Mariah's whirlwind 48-hour publicity tour last weekend where she displayed
almost superhuman stamina, working on the video for her upcoming Loverboy
single until six in the morning, sleeping a few hours and spending most
of the day meeting and greeting the troops at her new label, Virgin Records.
She then sat for interviews for six hours, during which she changed outfits

is unbid at $19.99 and the auction ends tomorrow.

Mariah Carey's album Glitter will be released August 21st while the movie
All That Glitters will come out 10 days later. The first single entitled
Lover Boy will be released in June.

was ranked #27 in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2001 edition, voted
on by readers. Mariah was at #27 last year and Jennifer Lopez was rated
#1 for the second straight year.

Daily News reports a waiter at midtown Japanese restaurant, Otabe, left
the restaurant briefly after Mariah Carey and Mira Sorvino wanted Champagne,
which the restuarant didn't serve. The nervous waiter ended up spilling
Champagne all over the two who were celebrating signing on for the independent
feature Wise Girls.

E! was on the Chaunce Hayden show Monday where he revealed he did make
a run after Mariah Carey and said female celebrities are really alone these
days.

Post reports Mariah Carey has settled with limo driver Franco D'Onofrio
on his long-running wrongful dismissal case. Carey decided to settle after
being told she would have to testify.
