This is not the first time this dynamic duo have paired up, Jadakiss appeared on Mariah's 'Miss You', a track from her 'The Remixes' album. September 20, 2004 - SJ writes "The Sun reports that with the help of music stars Mariah Carey, 'Pop Idol' champ Will Young, and former S Club star Rachel Stevens, The Sun was able to raise £127,000 in just one day, for the kids of Beslan. "It is great what The Sun is doing." said Carey. Others who supported the cause include David Beckham and Sir Paul McCartney."

September 20, 2004 - The New York Post reports that Mariah Carey met with UPN heads in New York on Tuesday to discuss a sitcom project. "She's very funny and has a lot of acting talent," one insider said. As for hiring someone whose acting past includes 'Glitter', the insider said: "It was a simple project that was taken out of her hands and made into a disaster."
