October 26, 2005 - Following Mariah Carey's turmoil in 2001 in wake of 'Glitter', ContactMusic.com reports that Mariah Carey now feels reborn with her 2005 success. "I do believe that I have been born again in a lot of ways," she said. "I think what I've changed are my priorities and my relationships with God. I feel the difference when I don't have my private moments to pray. I said to my father when I went through all that stuff, 'I feel like I've gone through everything but death, so I'm not scared of anything anymore.'" Read more.

"Everyone knows Mariah in Monaco and they are all begging her to go to their party," a source said. "They know that they will get tons of publicity if she turns up. So they have been going the extra mile in a bid to win her over. Mariah has been sent gifts ranging from designer dresses to exclusive holidays. But she is planning to make up her own mind about which party she'll go to and is selling the presents to raise money for charity."

October 26, 2005 - Mariah Carey is disputing reports that she flies her pampered pooch, Jack, first-class, though not without her efforts to do so. "They actually won't let me put him on a first-class seat because he's too big," she told British Glamour. "And they also said, 'We'd only allow it for a famous dog.' Please! He has three Web sites dedicated to him! So Jack is driven in the car [a Mercedes] by my driver, Tom, 3,000 miles from New York [to California]."

"She demanded blacked-out windows, the presidential suite, etcetera," said one of two moles. She had to settle for a penthouse.
