March 26, 2000 - eBay has a Mariah Carey store sign up for sale for her Valentine's day special CD that apparently was only available at Wal-Mart.

March 26, 2000 - There's a candid photo on eBay from a West Hollywood appearance Mariah made on her Rainbow tour at Tower Records, though it's only 4x6 and not autographed.

March 24, 2000 - The New York Post reports that Mariah Carey is off to the Caribbean to join her current flame, Luis Miguel on his yacht Hero. Also last month, Miguel surprised Carey in Paris with 150 bottles of Crital champagne, of which 149 went into the bath tub. [note to viewers, do not try this at home, bathing your privates in alchohol, especially for women, is recipe for disaster!]

March 23, 2000 - APB.com is reporting Mariah's touring mate Da Brat was especially bratty in an Atlanta night club recently, where she apparently got in a cat fight over a woman who apparently was getting too close to the VIP turf in the club she was at.

March 22, 2000 - Mariah Carey is reported to have upset R&B artist Joe by cutting back his set length while he was in flight to Asia to support her on her tour. The New York Post reports his agent called him from San Francisco to tell him the deal was off and return to New York. His place was taken by Da Brat, who was the cause of Joe's set being cut in the first place.

March 22, 2000 - eYada.com today reported in the gossip report that Mariah Carey has been the biggest b*tch that a unnamed celebrity hairstylist has ever worked with.

March 21, 2000 - eYada.com's Rush and Malloy had fashion guru Mr. Blackwell on and he commented on Mariah Carey simply by saying "trouble".

March 20, 2000 - Worldpop.com is chiming in on Mariah's LA show, saying she sang Heartbreaker while holding the hand of a 14 year old girl in a wheelchair who was holding up a sign saying 'Mariah, please don't be a heartbreaker... wheel me up for a song.'

March 20, 2000 - In conjunction with the launch of Mariah Carey's official tour site and online store Mariah2000.com, Carey will field questions from fans in a live Webcast during a fan conference from Los Angeles on Wednesday, March 22 at 5 p.m. PST.

March 20, 2000 - More Mariah dissing, this time from Janeane Garofalo, as a recent Star Magazine article states "Mariah Carey is the definitive of mediocrity to me, so how could she not be embraced by the public?" Maybe she didn't hear how Mariah went after Cameron Diaz?

March 18, 2000 - Mariah Carey, Faith Hill and Donna Summer will take the stage for VH1 Divas 2000: A Tribute to Diana Ross, a star-studded salute to the supreme Motown legend. Held at the Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City, concert debuts on the network on Tuesday, April 11 at 9:00 p.m.

March 18, 2000 - Wow, after Mariah's LA performance, Variety columnist Phil Gallo absolutely butchered her act. Quoting from snippets of the review "...begs for either simplicity or coherence" and "...beyond her ability to sing the living daylights out of her material, that success has yet to be replicated in live performances" while also saying "...Carey exhibits no control of pacing". This I'm sure wasn't what Mariah had in mind for opinions of the opening performance of her US tour.

March 17, 2000 - Tonight's Access Hollywood featured a couple briefs about Mariah, one that she was shown singing during her first concert of her US tour in Los Angeles, and also where the ex-editor of the New York Post, Genie Macintosh reveals she was called one about Mariah for calling her the Spandex Wearing Songstress. Turns out Mariah wanted to clarify the outfits are lycra, and that spandex makes her break out.

March 15, 2000 - The New York Daily News had a piece about Mariah spending a day in Guam before returning to the US, talking about her fascination with the word "Guam" and a rep said she believed Mariah did some swimming while there and had a good time.

March 14, 2000 - Hey what a surprise, Mariah in a bikini! Here's some pictures from earlier this week where Mariah got to frolick with Jumbo and Pet, a pair of 420 lb. pink dolphins in Singapore. This is her last stop in Asia before continuing her tour in the US this week.

March 12, 2000 - In an interview with the Maxim, Mission to Mars actor Jerry O'Connell has admitted to having the hots for Mariah Carey. The paper goes on to say "Should either of them ever actually date O'Connell, they'd have to get used to his term for their private parts: "the Golden Palace of the Himalayas.""

March 11, 2000 - Mariah won an MTV poll today concerning 'Which diva would deliver the best bitch-slap in a cat fight?' Unfortunately, Cameron Diaz wasn't available to test this theory!

March 10, 2000 - Mariah Carey will be featured in MTV's Spring Break 2000 which is taped in both Cancun and Las Vegas and will air from March 24-26.

March 7, 2000 - Mariah Carey is featured in this week's online edition of the National Enquirer where a former schoolmate, Chuck Sorrentino, talks about the singer saying "We never even knew she could sing!". He also adds "Mariah was very popular. She had a wild streak. She'd cut class and frequently show up late for school".
