THEN AND NOW: Lines under eyes a few weeks ago, left, and smoother face at Grammys.
FANS have always put Madonna’s youthful looks down to a strict vegan diet, yoga and natural beauty practices.
But now observers are asking: has the Material Girl finally succumbed to the cosmetic surgeon’s knife?
The stunning 42-year-old mother of two, who married film-maker Guy Ritchie, 32, (pictured right) last December, is believed to have opted for the expert handiwork of Dr Jean-Louis Sebagh.
Dr Sebagh, otherwise known as ‘the Eye Guy’, is the best-kept secret in showbiz.
He specialises in removing bags under the eyes and tightening the eyelids to produce a more youthful look.
After a one-hour, £50 consultation at Dr Sebagh's Wimpole Street clinic in London, Madonna is thought to have splashed out £10,000 for work above and below her eyes.
She would also have opted for her usual course of Botox—botulism toxin—jabs.
These five-minute injections plump out the frown lines and defeat wrinkles by relaxing forehead muscles.
And Madonna’s face looked smoother than ever at this week’s Grammy awards in Los Angeles.
Chain-smoking Dr Sebagh, who boasts a three-month waiting list of some of the entertainment industry's finest, believes in using subtle procedures relatively early in life to prevent having more intrusive surgery later.
The doc is also acclaimed as the master of ‘invisible’ scars.
He removes excess fat, muscle and skin from around the eyes via tiny incisions inside the eyelid and along lash lines and laughter lines.
This highly-skilled eye surgery procedure, known as blepharoplasty, has earned Dr Sebagh the reputation as the world's No1 eye cosmetic surgeon.
A pal says: “He’s widely regarded as the best in the business.
And the doctor himself says proudly: “If anyone suspects one of my patients has had surgery, then I haven't done my job properly.
