When they say 'excessive alcohol,' they mean getting drunk, etc...I don't think that it will hurt his probation if he has some kind of alcoholic beverage, as long as he drinks a reasonable amount. About the drugs, I think that he'll do anything to stay out of jail, so yes, I think that he can do it.

it's not the staying sober part that matters ...

it's whether or not he gets caught...

give me a break .. did you really think he was going to be sober for 2 years ?!?!

no drugs'n'less alcohol ant gonna hurt anybody!!!!!

It's not like we're talking about Robert Downey Jr. Look how much he did and manage to stay out of jail for a long time. I think that our 'bad boy' is quite tame in that perspective.
