>> All right, guys looks like we might not have to wait too long from the next album from the good ol' boys from backstreet. The guys are currently working on the record and have every called in jermaine dupri and others to help out they plan writing more this t and ate live ins making it a lot less glossy they say than their previous albums. Kevin recently gave us the scoop on what y'all can expect. () ( )

>> John: Hopefully that's not true for the backstreet boys after the lukewarm success of their greatest hits album and a couple kre cent scandals they are under pressure to produce another chart-busting c.D..

>> We've thought about several concept album ideas. One was to write kinda like a musical. 'Thought about doing an album where each of us had like two cuts, each just singing lead.

>> John: On top of working on their album the guys also have plenty of their own solo projects on the side.

>> Nick wants to put a solo record out and i know a.J. Is working out a deal and brian started a little production company as well.

>> John: Despite their art tick endeavors they know it comes down to their screaming, devoted fans.

>> We have really a strong-rooted fan base and then one another album. We want it have the album ready for the end of the year.

>> Well, there it is. Yeah. They are gonna write more, you know what i mean, a lot of instruments. This is -- this is growing-up stuff.
