As his return to the musical scene gains strength, puertorican superstar Ricky Martin was strolling yesterday, Wednesday, through the historical streets of Old San Juan.
His quiet stay in the island was for personal reasons, informed Nannette Lamboy, public relations person for Angelo Medina Enterprises.
The vocalist of "La copa de la vida" was captured by the cameras of "Noticentro 4" from Televicentro in his walk on the street del Cristo, near the Cathedral, together with his assistant, Joselo Vega.
The singer visited a gallery in the historical zone of the capital, but no precise details of his errands were given.
Lamboy assured PRIMERA HORA that Ricky Martin arrived in Puerto Rico at the beginning of the week and yesterday was on a plane returning to Miami, where he is completing the production of his new album.
Regarding this, his return to the scene could be for the 8th of April, when the release of the first single is expected.
The song that is projected to start the promotion of what some are calling the best album of his career is written by Venezuelan singer-songwriter Franco De Vita, titled "Tal vez", according to a report on UnivisiÃ³n.
The album will be presented to the international market the 20th of May. This work, that includes among its producers Emilio Estefan, will contain songs totally in Spanish in a return of Ricky Martin to his language after two productions in English, "Livin' la vida loca" and "Sound Loaded".
The list of composers include Tommy Torres, Juan Luis Guerra, Alejandro Sanz, Jon Secada, Juanes and EstÃ©fano.
One of the songs was written by the singer in conjunction with Tommy Torres, which is titled "Nadie como tÃº".
