JC: KING OF THE 'SLAM'
Story filed by Popjustice on Monday, February 09, 2004
If you can judge an *NSYNC member on the quality of their press releases (nb: you can't), here's further evidence to suggest that JC Chasez is going to crap all over Justin so-called Timberlake.
First off, let's take a look at Justin's pissy apology following the Super Bowl incident last week.

"I am sorry that anyone was offended by the wardrobe malfunction during the halftime performance of the Super Bowl. It was not intentional and is regrettable."

How very unbelievably womanish. Now let's have a look at how JC responded when, in the wake of Justin's stunt, the NFL demanded changes to - and then cancelled - his halftime ProBowl appearance.

"While I agree the mishap at the Super Bowl was a huge mistake, the NFL's shallow effort to portray my music as sexually indecent brings to mind another era when innocent artists were smeared with a broad brush by insecure but powerful people. That's not the America I love. Nor is this the NFL I love. I'll sing the national anthem anytime, anywhere, but not for this NFL."

What a dude! Bad hair, obviously, and a strange line in trousers, but a dude nonetheless.
