In Touch Weekly reports that Nicky Hilton was spotted dining at Dolce Ristorante in Los Angeles with a pal, where she slipped her phone number to *NSYNC star JC Chasez. An onlooker revealed, "She cooed something into his ear and then slipped him her number.
