What's With The Accent?

When he won the award for Best New Debut, why the hell did he have an Irish accent?
Was he just used to talking like that from filming or is he usually like that? :huh:

Isn't he of British decent? like he comes from there? i thought that was he's actual accent but then there's the part of where i wasn't really listening i was too busy drooling! :D

But English is v. different from Irish, I should know, so that's not his real accent.
But that is kinda weird because in that case I haven't actually heard him speak normally, because in LOTR he kinda had no accent, or elvish accent and then he had an irish accent!!! <_<

He was born in Canabury I know I spelled that wrong Englad. So he is english. I personally felt he was showing off. But it was still adorable

Great that he can deal great with accents! I thought that Dominic is the one who is said to be good at this, but now we see that English can...

yeah. i heard elijah wood on like, the caroline reah show or something and he has his litle accent, and he had to get a coach to learn it, and he said that its hard not to sience he had to talk in it so much for LotR, nd Orlando had to lay an irish guy for the kelly gang, so it probably just rubbed off.
