She looks out into the blue at night
Mind is blank and lifeless
Eyes are crossed over and deep in thought
Tragedy dwells inside her heart
She’s all alone outside the lit city
Breathing still and quite
If I could realign her helpless past of greed
I’d know we’d be okay for the night
[Yet I know that we cannot be for long
Heartless dreams compelled inside us all
And I see that we cannot hold on strong
This Scarlet colored sense of compassion]
She walked outside that day and I knew
Her fear was awakening
She caressed her golden hair but her eyes
Were filled with worry
And then later on she broke down and cried
Tears of life and wasted years
[Yet I know that we cannot be for long
Heartless dreams compelled inside us all
And I see that we cannot hold on strong
The Scarlet sense of being
Is gone away]
Frozen caplets of irony filled my soul
Straining my eyes
I couldn't move so I stood there paralyzed
I could've cried
And I should've...but skies fell down

when i wrote the actual song, the words get changed a bit...but i don't think you'd care <_<
