"Hate to disappoint you, but it appears to be true," he said of the boy band comebacks. February 5, 2004 - The Associated Press reports Jane Carter, the mother of Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter as well as Aaron Carter failed to appear in court for a scheduled arraignment on a battery charge against 29-year-old Ginger Elrod, and a bench warrant for her arrest was immediately issued.
