May 31, 2002 - Richard Roeper of the Chicago Sun Times sounded off on Pamela Anderson's bitter custody battle against former husband Tommy Lee over their two children. Roeper said, "The tug of war between Anderson and Tommy Lee is pathetic... Sift through all the charges and counter-charges, and you get the feeling the kids would be better off running away and joining the circus."

May 25, 2002 - Former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee stopped by KTLA to talk about his new CD 'Never a Dull Moment'. VH1 is sponsoring his tour and has been following him around. Tommy says he hopes Pamela is happy and hopes someday to communicate with Pam and be adults at some point. Tommy also talked about his tattoos and piercings... and the infamous sex tape. May 22, 2002 - Star magazine reports Pamela Anderson is handling the sympathy for her hepatitis C condition with a sense of humor. "I'm thinking of coming out with a line of bikinis," she jokes, "with little livers all over them."

May 22, 2002 - Former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee sat down with Entertainment Tonight for a frank chat on the latest in his custody battle with his ex-wife Pamela Anderson. "Right now I'm going through a little bit of custody hell," Tommy acknowledges, "so [my kids] are feeling a little bit of that because there's therapists and stuff in their life, and [it's] so silly at this age to be going through that. But hopefully that will be over real soon and they'll be spending as much time with their dad as they do with their mom."

May 20, 2002 - Kevin Krueger, a co-founder of the National Hepatitis C Coalition tells MSNBC's Jeannette Walls, "We definitely plan to contact [ Pamela Anderson] and ask her to become our spokesperson."

May 21, 2002 - CDNow.com reports on Tommy Lee's new album 'Never a Dull Moment', due Tuesday, the former Motley Crue drummer gives a message of thanks for Kid Rock. Under the section 'A Gigantic Special Thanks and Big-Ups To,' Lee saved the best for last: "Kid Rock for taking '@#$%^*' off my hands."

May 21, 2002 - Corey Levitan of the New YorK Post chatted with former Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee about the turmoil he's involved with over custody of his two sons against ex-wife Pamela Anderson. Lee denied any claims that he gave Pam hepatitis C through a shared tattoo needle saying he knows of no tattoo artist willing to let clients share needles. "That's f- - -ing crazy," he said. Lee said of the public leak on the matter, "I don't know why in the world anybody would ever make anything of that nature public anyway. She claims that I am the one who made it public, but I've never said a word to anybody."

May 18, 2002 - Ed Condran of the Cleveland Free Times spoke to Kid Rock who was singing praises to those closest in his life. On his fiance Pamela, he said, "I really love Pam. I can't imagine being without her. She's the best." As for his father, he revealed, "When I got my first $100,000 check, I marched over to my dad and threw it in his face. I love my dad." Finally, of his mother, whom he took to the 2000 Grammy Awards, he said, "My mom is the best. Why wouldn't I want her to be with me?"

May 18, 2002 - The New York Post reports Pamela Anderson's publicist says the actress didn't puke at Cherry the other night. "Pam cut her finger really bad while she was cooking for her kids earlier that day," the publicist explained. "While she was dancing, the bandage came off and she started bleeding again, Everyone kind of overreacted and ran over with a new bandage and cleaned up the blood. But she did not throw up."

May 16, 2002 - In a Metal-Sludge.com 20 questions with Rhino Bucket singer Georg Dolivo, he was asked to rate Pamela Anderson on a scale of 1 - 10. Dolivo gave her a '0' saying, "Anybody want to fu** Barbie . . . again."

May 16, 2002 - Star magazine reports ex-Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has been bugging ex-wife Pamela Anderson to return the bronze replica of his penis he had given her during happier times. Pam used to keep it next to her bed and show it off to visitors, but now she says she cannot find the symbol of Tommy's manhood. Besides, Pam says her fiance Kid Rock is "more than enough man for me!"

May 15, 2002 - The New York Post reports Kid Rock's fiance Pamela Anderson threw up on the dance floor at Rock's after concert party Friday at Cherry. The lounge's security guards surrounded her, mopped up the vomit, and Pam continued dancing 'til closing.

May 15, 2002 - The New York Daily News reports Kid Rock threw a party at Cherry Friday night after his show at Madison Square Garden. Detroit pal Eminem blew off an invite to party with blonds in a private booth in the W Union Square's Underbar, but Rock's fiance Pamela Anderson did show up. The two apparently were drinking up Jim Beam and Cristal before Rock put Pam on his shoulder and went off to their limo.

May 12, 2002 - Tommy Lee spoke to Jane Stevenson of the Toronto Sun where he revealed what he'd like to say if he ever runs into Kid Rock, who's now engaged to his ex-wife Pamela Anderson. Lee said, "When I see him, I'm sure I'll run into him at some point. We're in the same business. I was going to give him a big hug and a kiss and actually tell him thanks for taking her off my hands. I swear to God, that's the first thing I would like to do. 'Now you can deal with her. Thank you.' And I'm so honest 'cause I've really had it with her. She just makes me absolutely crazy. May 7, 2002 - IMDB.com reports Pamela Anderson will wear denim shorts and a skimpy bra-top for her wedding to Kid Rock, while he will wear a tasteful leopard-skin vest, leather trousers and a felt hat. Pam's ridesmaids will be in mini-skirts and crop tops, and the best man will be wearing an 'Up With Marijuana' T-shirt.

May 7, 2002 - Lance Burton of the Las Vegas Review Journal reports Pamela Anderson has postponed marriage plans to Kid Rock so that she can focus all of her energy on battling hepatitis C. Kid Rock is being supportive and understanding of the decision.

May 4, 2002 - Mark Lepage of the Montreal Gazette spoke to former Motley Crue drummer turned solo artist Tommy Lee about the drama surrounding his custody case against former wife Pamela Anderson. Lee explains Pamela "doesn't wanna communicate with me, and is so angry and bitter, it's scary. But things will get better when (we) communicate." Lee insists, "I want to spend just as much time as she does with them and love them just as much as she does, and do all the things equally. That's all I want. And that's like asking for the Second Coming."

May 3, 2002 - Robin Leach of the Las Vegas Review Journal reports the 1961 pink Cadillac rented out to Kid Rock as a prop for the proposal to Pamela Anderson blew up on the way back to Las Vegas and the owner is seeking $12,000 in repairs. "Buffalo" Jim Barrier tells Leach, "I'm not going to take legal action yet, but I haven't heard from them now in three weeks, and I am getting antsy." Read more.

May 3, 2002 - Pamela Anderson tells Jane magazine that Kid Rock was "completely devastated" when she told him she has hepatitis C. Pam admits, "I had to lock [Rock] in a rubber room for a week, 'cause he was just furious." She also called ex-husband Tommy Lee's denial that he also suffered from the infection "slanderous."

May 3, 2002 - Pamela Anderson tells Jane magazine of her hepatitis C, "Now I have people coming out of the deli hugging me because they think I'm dying. I tell them, 'I'm not dying. I'm fine. But if you wanna give me a free sandwich, go ahead!"'

May 1, 2002 - IMDB.com reports (likely from a tabloid) that Kid Rock surprised fiancee Pamela Anderson with a sex toy party attended by around 100 of their closest friends. An insider revealed, "Kid arranged for Pam to go shopping with one of her pals from TV show V.I.P. While they were out the guests arrived at her house armed with their naughty gifts." Pamela was reported to say afterwards, "I can't believe this. This is a huge shock - totally unexpected. But it is without doubt the best party ever."

May 1, 2002 - Even though Pamela Anderson had hyped up a VIP deal with TNT, apparently the show's future is in limbo. The LA Daily News reports Molly Culver, who plays former KGB and FBI seductress Tasha Dexter on the show saying, "I'm hoping that we get picked up for a fifth year. We should know something in a month or so." The news may be tied to Pam's hepatitis C disease.
