November 29, 2002 - Carmen Electra was on Last Call with Carson Daly and talked reports she had dated Kid Rock. "There was a rumor that I dated Kid Rock," she said. "And it's so frustrating. 'Cause I met him like this -- 'hi. Nice to meet you.' And then it turned into that, like, we dated. And I worked with pam. You know what I mean? It just makes for everything to be so uncomfortable." November 17, 2002 - Us Weekly reports that it was no accident Pamela Anderson and Kid Rock didn't get married at the MGM Grand hotel in Las Vegas on November 9th. "There was no way she would do that," said a close friend of Pam's. "She wants a real wedding with a real wedding dress and a real wedding cake. That's the way it's supposed to be done, and that's the way she wants it, because she's never done that before." The friend added that their engagement is not imminent because "she's taken her engagement ring on and off over the past few months."

Anderson admits she and ex-husband Tommy Lee have "resolved" their custody battle over sons Brandon and Dylan, and now she's concentrating on seeking a cure for her Hepatitis C blood infection.
