February 28, 2005 - The New York Post reports that early last week, Pamela Anderson debuted her new fur- free/leather-free fashion line at The Palms in Las Vegas and was shocked when a fur wearer wanted her to share an elevator. According to PETA honcho Dan Mathews, "The elevators were filled. Pam waited patiently with Den nis Rodman, David LaChapelle and Ste phen Dorff as ele vator after elevator went by, filled to capacity. After 10 cars came and went, one finally stopped with two people inside, but one of the women was wearing a fur coat. 'Going down?' the woman asked, to which Pam re plied, 'Yes, but not with you, lady. Get rid of the fur'."

February 28, 2005 - Pamela Anderson and her son Brandon were videotaped in Beverly Hills on Thursday (February 24). Lulop.de has since removed the video.

February 28, 2005 - Femalefirst.co.uk reports that Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson are among the host of stars barred from attending the Oscars this weekend, to reportedly prevent the evening from turning into a "downmarket scrum." A source explained, "Britney would have wanted her entourage with her, but the Academy wanted to keep things as tight and as highbrow as possible. They plan to focus on those people who have worked in the film industry for years - not people who are merely celebrities in other areas."

February 21, 2005 - The Las Vegas Review Journal reports that during the unveiling of Pamela Anderson's Playboy slot machine from the Skin pool venue, owner George Maloof arranged for the L and the S to flicker off on the neon Palms sign atop the tower, leaving only the letters P, A and M. On her second pull of the slot machine, a David LaChappelle photo of a nude Anderson "hatching" from an eggshell was projected over the full length of the Palms tower.
