September 29, 2001 - Salma Hayek made a surprise appearance on the Tonight Show Friday to sign Jay's Harley motorcycle, which he'll later auction off on ebay, to benefit the Twin Towers Fund and to help the firefighters and relief workers. Salma went out into the crowd and hugged the firefighters and police that were in attendance.

September 22, 2001 - Salma Hayek and Brad Pitt were among the stars last night manning the telephone lines for the America: A Tribute to Heroes telethon last night.

September 9, 2001 - Salma Hayek attended the 26th installment of the Toronto International Film Festival, and hopefully we'll find some pictures from the event.

September 8, 2001 - Premiere has a story on Frida in the October issue where they quote the film's director, Julie Taymor giving high praise to Salma Hayek. Taymore reveals, "No one's seen Salma like this. She can use her sexuality, her humor, her innocence, and then have this incredible sophistication and acerbic smartness. That's a fascinating combination for a woman, because we don't allow it to happen very often."

September 6, 2001 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca reports Salma and Ed Norton attended the Wiltern Theater for John Leguizamo's Live comedy tour. Salma chatted with a fan and was very friendly. Ted also reports on Alyssa attending the play Corpus Christi with lover Brian Krause.

September 3, 2001 - In an abstracts.net poll asking if you think Salma Hayek has Hollywood's best body, 88.3% said yes while 11.7% said no, with 1260 total votes cast.

September 2, 2001 - US Weekly reports Edward Norton and Salma Hayek were spotted sharing a blackberry cobbler at Cynthia's in Los Angeles.
