March 29, 2000 - Raves continue for Salma's Oscar dress, as the common concensus seems to be her and Charleze Theron had the best outfits of the night. Unfortunately, her part in the Oscars talking about technological achievements by someone nobody has ever heard of ended up being the most boring part of the show.

March 28, 2000 - Salma kept her distance from Ed Norton's ex Courtney Love, who did manage to exchange greetings with Ed anyways, thought Rush & Malloy report that Ed showed the remainder of his attention on Salma, "wrapping his arm around
her and drumming his fingers on a region just below her waist".

March 26, 2000 - Despite her rivalry with Jennifer Lopez, Salma took the high road and Mr. Blackwell though initially turned off by her outfit later went on to say "This is rare, but I feel I must withdraw my original opinion of Salma Hayek. After seeing the dress full-length, I have decided this is indeed a beautiful tribute to Hollywood." This after an initial opinion of "It's a prom dress with a few jewels." And we have to say, Ed Norton must've fumbled more lines than any other presenter of the night... ouch.

March 26, 2000 - Currently up for bid on eBay, a sexy picture of Salma autographed. The auction, which ends April 3, has no bids yet at an opening price of $19.00.

March 20, 2000 - Oscar news out that Salma will be dressed by Victoria's Secret and stylist Philip Bloch.

March 17, 2000 - Ed Norton and Salma Hayek are now engaged after the actor presented Salma with a $160,000 diamond engagement ring, which she will wear at the Academy Awards. Rick Dees reported that Norton is even learning Spanish for the Mexican stunner.

February 27, 2000 - Salma Hayek's Time Code will be available for preview on March 22 during Yahoo's first online film festival. Sony Screen Gems' Time Code was shot entirely on digital film, utilizing the Web to create dialogue. Yahoo is calling on Netizens to view all the shorts and cast their votes at www.onlinefilmfestival.com. The winners will be announced during the fest.
