leaving the WB to it's new home of UPN. The show's new deal is for two
years, with a first season license fee of $2.3 million per episode, and
$2.35 million in the second season.

a Los Angeles dinner party for 10 people who were celebrating Sarah and
her agent's birthdays.

reports Buffy The Vampire Slayer is soon to have its own spin off cartoon
series. Joss Whedon issued a statement saying, "'Buffy The Vampire Slayer,
the Animated Series' is a great opportunity to take our characters back
to high school. It'll be spooky and tough and epic but with a constant
vein of light-hearted humour." The cartoon version of the show could begin
airing as soon as February 2002.
