reports Buffy The Vampire Slayer is soon to have its own spin off cartoon
series. Joss Whedon issued a statement saying, "'Buffy The Vampire Slayer,
the Animated Series' is a great opportunity to take our characters back
to high school. It'll be spooky and tough and epic but with a constant
vein of light-hearted humour." The cartoon version of the show could begin
airing as soon as February 2002.
