No way does a fabricated 'pop queen' with absolutely no acting talent or merit in any other manner deserve to appear on Buffy! The show has never used such a cheap idea of having a celebrity on it before, so why now and why her of all people? I am not even willing to see that pop whore appear on the show as a corpse! June 29, 2002 - Joss Whedon on the new season of 'Buffy': ''Last season was about getting everyone so depressed they wanted to kill themselves, and next season's about bringing [the show] back to life,'' says Whedon. Warner Brothers announced on Monday that Freddie Prinze, Jr.,Sarah Michelle Gellar, Linda Cardellini and Matthew Lillard would all return for the second installment, which is set for a 2004 release.

Cardellini has more sex appeal than Gellar, whose take on the ditzy Daphne is so self-conscious that you might just forget the awkward bit of empowerment she finds on what seems like a deleted scene from Charlie's Angels."
