August 28, 2000 - Sarah talked to Entertainment Weekly about her net surfing habits "'I got a computer and I'm learning how to use it. I collect antique books, so I used it to get my copy of 'Les Liaisons Dangereuses,' and I use it for travel, to look up customs. I went to Fiji, and I looked up all this stuff before I went, like 'Don't wear a hat in someone's house because it's rude, and don't wear shoes.' You've got to think there's something better I can do with my time than log on to the Internet and say, 'Ooo, let's find out about me!' I think that would frighten me a little bit." [yeah, especially if she read Ted Casablanca's weekly column!]

August 19, 2000 - Sarah Michelle Gellar was at the Teen Choice Awards where she won Choice TV Actress.

August 17, 2000 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca spoke with Freddie Prinze Jr. at the Teen Choice Awards, were he told Ted "I've got everything I need and everything I want." And about Sarah? "All I can say is I'm a very lucky man," he answered, Ted says, somewhat guardedly.

August 16, 2000 - E! Online's Ted Casablanca is once again sniping at Sarah, as he responds to reader's questions about her and Freddie's rumored engagement saying "I think we should all advise Freddie to watch out, don't you? Do you think that boy knows what he's getting himself into? I don't think he does."

August 15, 2000 - Star magazine reports that "Buffy the vampire bares her claws!" into costar Rebecca Gayheart as Rebecca was brazenly flirting with Freddie when he made a visit to the set of Harvard Man. Sarah pulled Gayheart aside and in no uncertain terms told her to keep her mitts off her man, and Rebecca got the message!

August 12, 2000 - An old archive of Sarah's interview on Howard Stern before the release of Cruel Intensions had some juicy details on Sarah that we were unaware of until now. Sarah said she lost her virginity at 16, though was 'coached' somewhat by Stern. Also, she said of her Susan Lucci rumors "We didn't have a good relationship". Sarah said she dated Z100 DJ Elliot. He asked her to a concert on the air. Sarah also told Howard that when she wears jeans sometimes she doesn't wear panties and that she didn't wear panties on the premiere of Cruel Intentions. Gellar said she hasn't used a vibrator either. When asked if she was Jewish, Sarah said she doesn't believe in organized religion and never has.

August 10, 2000 - Apparently the engagement report was actually from the Examiner, not the Enquirer. Anyways, more details coming out as they report friends are concerned that Sarah is leading Freddie by the noser and dominating the relationship.

August 9, 2000 - The National Enquirer is reporting that Sarah is now engaged to Freddie Prinze Jr., but he's heartbroken that she refuses to wear a ring or announce it to the press, fearing it would turn off her male fans. A source revealed "Freddie is upset that Sarah would put her career before her love for him. He's a pretty mild-mannered guy but he couldn't believe it when Sarah asked him to keep their wedding plans quiet. But Sarah's stuck to her guns."

August 9, 2000 - Sarah Michelle Gellar won Choice TV Actress in the Teen Choice Awards Sunday, as boyfriend Freddie Prinze Jr. won Choice Movie Actor for Down to You. During his speech he said of Sarah "I'm with the most beautiful girl here."

August 6, 2000 - Pagesix.com followed up their earlier report as Harvard Man director James Toback says Sarah was just kidding about her Pitt wedding comments, saying "It was friendly joking." He added that Sarah did the role for 1/13 of what she was offered for another movie. Sarah is back in LA as filming ended yesterday.

August 2, 2000 - Pagesix.com reports diva actress Sarah Michelle Gellar on arrival to the Cambridge, Mass. set of Harvard Man where she met up with boyfriend Freddie Prinze Jr. "I missed the Pitt/Aniston wedding for this?"
