first-degree assault, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment. Sisqo
was released on bail on Sunday. No trial date has been set yet. Read more.

Angeles.
March 20, 2003 - The New
York Post reports Dru Hill's former manager Kevin E. Peck has filed suit
in Baltimore against the group claiming they've bilked him out of a fortune
in management fees by breaking the contract they signed with him in 1996.
Peck claims he discovered the group way back when they were "playing pick-up
gigs for bus fare." Dru Hill is currently managed by Ken Crear, who couldn't
be reached by the Post for comment.

a straight R&B act such as Dru Hill fit in where the industry is dominated
by a hybrid of funk, traditional soul, urban contemporary, neo soul, rap
and hip-hop. "Wherever they can," band manager Kenneth Crear tells the
Baltimore Sun. "You don't have to sing to sell records anymore. Dru Hill
can actually sing." Read more.

January 30, 2003 - The Sun
reports Christina Aguilera has become fast friends with Sisqo after meeting
the Dru Hill star at the recent American Music Awards after-show party.
"They have had a mutual admiration for a while, but it has moved into more
of a romantic direction now," a pal revealed. "The two are perfect for
each other because they are both quite short. Christina is 5ft 2in while
Sisqo is only 5ft 6in."
January 25, 2003 - Teen People
spoke with their staff on memories they had while with the publication,
including Business Director Dennis Campagna, who has a Sisqo story. "Sisqo
performed at our then-publisher's Hamptons home in the summer of 2000,
and I brought my daughter Christine along for the show," he explained.
"We were watching Sisqo take pictures with our editors and clients, when
he asked her if she wanted to jump in for a quick photo - which she did,
of course. Sisqo turned to my daughter, who was about 4'9" at the time,
and said, 'Finally, I'm taking a picture with someone who is NOT taller
than I am!'" Read more.
January 22, 2003 - Usher
tells Beat magazine of Australia that he has no love for Dru Hill's Sisqo.
"Sisqo was the guy who thought of the idea, but obviously in putting together
a group you can't be as selfish as that little muthafu**a was," Usher blasted.
"You can't try to put together things and then you get so full of yourself
that you lose your mind. I don't know if the audience in Australia knows
about Sisqo and how he lost his mind as an entertainer, but I think he
did. I think this industry can hype you up so much that you begin to think
you're larger than you actually are - and that's what happened. So when
the guy approached me, I think the way that he approached me was wrong.
It's almost like the dude wanted to battle every R&B artist in the
industry, but how can you say you wanna put together a group of R&B
artists but you wanna battle and you say that you're the illest of all
time? That ain't gonna happen, playa!" Read more.
