May 27, 2000 - Sisqo was on Teen People's "25 Hottest Stars 25 and Under" special last night. He started the interview in Dru Hill park, took it to his old high school where he said he still feels short there. Then they showed him with his daughter and he went back to his first job at The Fudgery.

May 27, 2000 - Sisqo was on Access Hollywood last night telling them his current success is "pretty much a dream come true." He'd thought Thong Song would be a hit but not a smash that it's become. He says "until I'm number one I'm gonna keep pounding the pavement."

May 27, 2000 - Sisqo will perform in the B96 Summer Bash 2000 on June 17, 2000 in Chicago. Also on the lineup are Hanson, Mandy Moore, Ice Cube, Brian McKnight, Enrique Iglesias, Pink, Flo, Eiffel 65, Joe, Destiny's Child and Eve.

May 20, 2000 - Sisqo will have a Thong Song remix for the Nutty Professor 2 soundtrack as well as a video, which he just got done shooting in LA. The song will feature Foxy Brown alongside this time around.

May 20, 2000 - Mya tells MTV that she's happy for Sisqo's success, saying "I think Sisqo has a freedom to like give more of himself and he's not going to be bashed for trying to be the star of a group."

May 20, 2000 - Teddy Riley is trying to get Sisqo to join him in a countersuit of a $2 million lawsuit against him filed by Chauncey Hannibal. Sisqo is getting lyrically attacked by Hannibal due to what he calls personal issues with Sisqo.

May 15, 2000 - Sisqo's Thong Song was said to be the most popular tune of the day at the Wango Tango concert, an all-star cast of pop hitmakers.

May 15, 2000 - Sisqo was on the soon to be axed Martin Short show on Friday.

May 6, 2000 - *NSYNC's Joey Fatone tells Launch.com his opinion of Sisqo "He's a very, very talented guy". Joey adds "He's a very, very good entertainer. In fact, I've never really seen him perform except when we saw him in Germany when we did a show. He's a very, very great performer -- almost a little bit like a Michael Jackson-ish kind of show. He's very poppy as far as dancing is concerned; he's always making everything big and dramatic and he tries to touch the people that are in a crowd all the way back in the cheap seats, so he's a very, very talented guy"

May 3, 2000 - Worldpop is reporting that Sisqo will be joining Left Eye as a judge in a thong and male revue contest in Georgia later this month. Sisqo will give the award to the best thong and butt!

May 1, 2000 - Apparently there are some protesting the pairing of Sisqo and *NSYNC, saying his music is inappropriate for the younger boy band audience. Sisqo defends himself by telling MTV "I try my best to be as responsible as possible, and hopefully, at the end of the day, I won't get slaughtered by too many parents when they see that I'm a parent as well."

May 1, 2000 - Sonicnet has a story out on Sisqo, where he is quoted about his hit Thong Song "The song started off as a joke, It turned out to be a hit, and now I'm laughing all the way to the bank."

April 29, 2000 - Sisqo was named in Teen People's upcoming "25 Hottest Stars 25 and Under" issue.

April 27, 2000 - The Thong Song momentum continues, as Sisqo was at #1 today on TRL, his album came in at #2 this week as well.

April 19, 2000 - Sisqo has been confirmed as an opening act for *NSYNC's North American tour.

April 15, 2000 - Sisqo appeared on Saturday Night Live last night and perhaps because of the accussations last week that Christina Aguilera lip-synched, fittingly his microphone went dead during his first song, the Thong Song. More troubling though was the background vocals which seemed to drown his live voice out.

March 17, 2000 - Sisqo tells MTV his next single will likely be a ballad, saying "I'm thinking about going with a ballad, mainly because Dru Hill's career, we're pretty known for the ballads."
