29, 2005 - After his appearance on 'Total Request Live' earlier this month,
Bow Wow answered a few fan questions at MTV.com, including which past or
present artist he'd like to work with. "Tupac, because not only do I look
up to him but I just feel that Tupac was more than music, he was a movement,"
Bow Wow said. "I really respect him a lot. I'm a Tupac fan and I definitely
believe in what he believed in, and he meant so much to pop culture. I
would definitely want to work with Pac, not him being on my record but

Church, who's new pop single 'Crazy Chick' is head-to-head against the
Elton John, Tupac Shakur track 'Ghetto Gospel' in the UK singles charts,
is lashing out to The Sun about her competition. "Elton John and Tupac
are really big... but I think it's crap. Of course I don't like it, it's
my competition," she said. "I like Elton, but Tupac - he should stop releasing
records, let the man rest in peace for God's sake. Elton John has had enough
number ones in his time and I reckon he should let someone else have a

June 27, 2005 - Just days
after Tupac Shakur was gunned down, a security boss for his record label
vowed to get his Brooklyn-born rap rival Notorious B.I.G. in retaliation,
a witness told a federal jury on Tuesday. "In a nutshell, Reggie [Wright
Jr., then security chief for Death Row Records] told me: 'We're gonna get
those motherfu**ers who downed 'Pac. ... Biggie and his crew ... we're
gonna get 'em,'" Shakur's former bodyguard Kevin Hackie said. Read more.

April 5, 2005 - Faith Evans
bristles at people who regard her as the source of the beef between slain
rappers Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur. 2pac claimed he had an affair
with Evans, which she denies. "It's not the first time that happened to
me - to get lied on," she tells Jim Farber of The New York Daily News.

Tupac Shakur's mother Afeni Shakur was on hand for the Keep the Kids Alive
Campaign on Tuesday (March 22) at a private residence in Atlanta, Georgia.
