"That is a really great question, because that was a concern of mine when I was developing the show," she said. "I make sure that I give constructive criticism, because I only want the girls to get better week by week. Critiquing girls about their physical selves is not easy, but the easy thing to do is 'check' them if they have a bad or diva attitude."
