Banks tells the New York Times her CD will be out soon. "I've been singing
for six years," she said, "but I never wanted to talk to the press about
it. I felt that coming from the modeling world, people don't tend to take
us seriously. And I totally understand that. So I wanted to make sure that
my stuff was tight, that my voice was tight, that my dancing was tight."

Banks will make her singing debut next week - in a music video filmed with
contestants from her reality series, 'America's Next Top Model'. "I've
been singing for about six years, secretly, because I feel like people
are going to think I'm a dumb model if I start talking about it and have
nothing to play or show," she told the Los Angeles Times. "But this has
been a passion of mine." The episode will air February 24th.

Press reports Tyra Banks admits people used to tease her about her forehead,
saying it was so big it could be a "five-head." She told reporters recently,
"I used to try to wear bangs and cover it up. When I walked into a modeling
agency, that was the first thing they said was special about me."

glare of the public eye. "I always have a skirt on my butt 'cause my butt's
too jiggly! I always cover it up a little bit. It jiggles when I walk,"
she said. "I have dimples. We don't want dimples, but I don't mind the
size. One of those magazines has this thing saying that I think my butt's
too big. I've never said my butt's too big - it's too jiggly! It's
like jello."
