31, 2000 - ET tonight interviewed Tyra Banks as they showcased the water
dance scene of Coyote Ugly, wear all the girls drench themselves with pitchers
of water. Tyra said the most challenging aspect of the film was the dance
choreography, while admitting she's a good dancer, she says her style is
more freestyle.

will take part in the Magic Johnson Foundation hosted 15th Annual ``A Midsummer
Night's Magic'' fundraising weekend Aug. 4-6 in LA.
July 29, 2000 - Coyote Ugly
star Piper Perabo talked about Tyra extensively in her interview with eYada.com's
Chaunce Hayden tonight, saying she was great to work with, down to earth,
smart and funny. Piper was intimidated by her looks but she said the whole
cast got along quite well.
July 28, 2000 - Coyote Ugly's
premiere party will be Monday at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York. Among
those attending will be Puffy, Jennifer Lopez, *NSYNC, Kylie Bax, Roger
Clemens, and of course Tyra Banks and the rest of the Coyote Ugly cast.
July 24, 2000 - Access Hollywood
interviewed the Coyote Ugly girls tonight as part of a promo appearnce
where hundreds of fans showed up, and Tyra said her role caused her to
get a torn lateral maniscus (sp?). Tyra also revealed during a bar appearance
researching her roll "They asked me for my bra to hang up on the wall.
I said 'Nuh-uh, I need that!'"
July 22, 2000 - I saw the
trailer for Coyote Ugly today, though the audience reaction at the theater
I was at wasn't very good, with lots of laughing after it was finished.
It looked very much in the theme of Tom Cruise's Cocktail.
July 20, 2000 - Chic Happens
reports that Tyra Banks is going to host a summer camp for helping teen
girls develop self-esteen and leadership skills, though they aren't exactly
complimentary about it, saying "Based on the Bon Bon Queen's own strategy
for success we can only imagine the T-Zone daily schedule features canoeing,
crafts and collagen injections. We understand the camper who does the best
breast augmentation every day gets an extra s'more."
July 19, 2000 - Tyra Banks
and her Coyote Ugly costars Piper Perabo, Bridget Moynaham, Izabella Miko,
and Maria Bello were featured in this month's Maxim magazine. She says
of her role "It's funny that I got this role, because I don't drink. When
I go out with friends, they're happy if somebody sends over free drinks,
but I could care less. 7Up with grenadine and a cherry doesn't cost that
much. Sweet, pure, with just a little touch of badness going on with that

June 29, 2000 - E! Online's
Ted Casablanca reports Tyra recently avoided photographers who attempted
to take her picture in LA by dashing out of her car with head down, which
ellicited yells of "b*tch!" from the photographers, and Ted himself!
June 24, 2000 - Tyra Banks
will attend the release party for Next's new album Welcome II Nextasy in
New York on Monday. The event is being held at Chaelra World, 330 West
38th Street.
July 11, 2000 - A busty autographed
picture of Tyra is bidding on eBay. The picture (item #364913699) is bid
at a bargain $5 and ends July 1st.
June 10, 2000 - Pagesix.com
followed up on why Tyra was upset at the George cover shoot. A spy told
the paper "Tyra was very sweet at the shoot, but she was getting really
annoyed with Izabella's [Miko] antics," and as we've reported before, Tyra
doesn't drink nor smoke.

reports Tyra Banks wasn't happy she had to pose with three other women
for George magazine. The women, Piper Parabo, Bridget Moynihan and Izabella
Miko, costarred with her in Coyote Ugly. She had thought she was going
to pose for the cover by herself.
June 4, 2000 - More sexy
